With nine 100+ scores in San Diego (four of which were 150+), and a record of 9-1-0 in qualifiers, what’s not to like? They were only beaten in finals due to a power house alliance of your current #1 in CA (254) and the #2 team in the world (987).

Did I mention they were third seed in SD, arguably one of the toughest regionals in the country?
I think 2984 and 2485 (their finals alliance first pick) both deserve high spots on week 2’s chart. 4322, the third pick also performed very well in SD.
I am a 2984 alumni and I am very proud of my team’s performance in the SD regional. Hope you guys are considering them seriously (hopefully more-so than the reveal video!).
Also 1538 tried their darnedest to beat 2984 in the semi-finals, and were overall a good team as well.
