REMOTE EVENT

The safety of all participants and volunteers is our top priority and we will be following local and state guidelines regarding large gatherings for the Cargo Connect  season.
Unless things change, we are offering both hybrid and remote model events.  Some venues may offer both models.  

Remote event will likely look like this:

1. 10 days before the event, teams will submit videos of their introduction, Project Presentation, Robot Design and Robot Parade.
2. On the day of the event, teams will go to a judging Q&A session on zoom where they will be asked questions about Robot Design,  Project, Core Values and about their coach/mentor (20 mins – 5 mins for each)
3. Following the Q&A, teams will be moved into another zoom room where they will run their three rounds of robot competition.  (35 mins total – 5 min robot run  & scoring then 10 min break / robot iterations team pow wow  and table reset for all 3 matches)
4. After the performance matches, teams will be dismissed to leave the event and wait for the remote awards ceremony that evening.
