The Ultimate Sport for the Mind
The Southern California FIRST Robotics Competition State Championship showcases top teams competing for awards and advancement to the World Championship in Houston.
Over two and a half thrilling days, 1,800+ students will compete with industrial-sized robots they designed, built, and programmed in action-packed matches that combine sports excitement with cutting-edge technology.

Spectators welcome Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 10-12, 2026! Catch the excitement of this intense competition, tour the pits to visit with teams and robots, and cheer on their favorite teams. Admission is free.
Teams will vie for awards and a spot at FIRST Championship in Houston, TX. The competition is part of FIRST, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to inspire young people’s interest and participation in science and technology.
